Wash and cut potatoes into 2 cm thick pieces.
Put potatoes in a microwaveable safe dish with water and cook them around 12 minutes.
While potatoes are cooking, chop the celery and shallots.
Chop the bacon and roast them in a pan.
Once potatoes are cooked, let them cool for at least an hour.
Mix potatoes with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, shallots, bacon and add salt and pepper as you wish.
