TOMATO PESTO POTATOES

 Servings : 2   |   Cooking time : 25 min.   |   Prep. : 5 min.

Ingredients

  • 300 g (2/3 lb) white potatoes (approx. 2-3 potatoes)
  • 15 ml tsp. olive oil
  • 15 ml tsp. sun dried tomato pesto
  • Salt

Preparation

Preheat oven at 350 °F.
Wash potatoes and slice thinly in 5 mm of thickness.
Mix oil and pesto in a bowl and add potatoes.
Place the mixture on a cooktop.
Season with salt.
